Lazy Sunday

Got back an hour ago from what can only be described as a Dante like drive down the 400 from Barrie, and managed to get the Boy into bed at midnight (woo hoo parenting skills!). The drive was really the only dark spot on an otherwise wonderful day spent at my Auntie Gail's place (yeah, I've always called her my auntie, since I was two. Problem?) swimming in the pool, eating grapes from the arbor and apples from the orchard. She's my mother's youngest sibling and only sister, and she lived with us when I was a baby and my mom was going to nursing school. The morning the Boy was running around the house yelling "Going swimming at Auntie Gail's! Going swimming at Auntie Gail's!". When we got there he ran through the house, shouted "hello!" as he ran past and was in the back yard trying to unlock the gate to the pool in about 30 seconds. He does love the water.

Other than that... nothing. Lazy Sunday in the pool. Life is bliss!
